Our senior advisers—senior practitioners and former industry leaders across strategic sectors, arbitration, and finance—join quality control, client engagement, and delivery. For each mandate, Periplus deploys specialised in-country teams with rare network access, supported by principals selected from a standing roster of area and sector specialists, development economists, and legal, policy, and mediation practitioners. Fieldwork, coordination, and synthesis remain structurally separate. Adviser profiles will be published in 2026. An advisory council will be announced separately.
