Our senior advisers are drawn from the industries, functions, and geographies Periplus serves. The firm’s methodology is human-source: primary-source dialogue, in-country teams with rare network access, and principal-led synthesis that converts trusted conversations into judgement. Senior advisers anchor the client-facing layer of this model, providing sector-grounded judgement and co-delivery with principals, drawing on experience and relationships sustained through cycles of political and commercial change. The Founding Senior Adviser cohort is structured across ten sector verticals. The cohort is built to extend over time, with sector and geographic specialisms developing within verticals. The Principal function leads analytical synthesis and output, and directs methodology and network deployment. Collection, coordination, and analytical delivery are structurally separate.
